During the closure, we are doing our best to provide technical support to staff and students.

  • To find the answer to many common questions visit our Frequently Asked Questions Page.  This document has the information to retrieve username/ passwords for K-4 students, Schoology login process, Google Meet process, finding help, etc.

  • If your question cannot be answered on the FAQ Page, submit a ticket at etsd.us/techhelp. (Log in with student username without @myexeter.org and password. Please include your phone number and/or email where we can contact you.)

    STUDENTS: PLEASE SIGN IN USING YOUR USERNAME WITHOUT @MYEXETER.ORG, PASSWORD IS YOUR NORMAL PASSWORD.

  • If you are unable to submit a support ticket, call the Technology Support Line at (610) 898-9585, Option 6. We will be running limited drive-up technology support times at the Lausch Administration Building through appointments only. Please follow the steps above to submit for in-person support if needed.
