Back to School Information 2019

  • Skyward Student Portal will open on the morning of Friday, August 16th. When open, you will need to complete the student update process to see your student's schedule. Please make sure that you double-check your child’s medical information and update it if anything has changed from last school year.

  • To address security concerns, this year the district will be assigning students a new password. On Monday, August 19th, passwords will be reset and students will need to use the password listed on the transportation letter you will receive in the mail to log into their Chromebook. Please call (610) 898-9585 if you experience issues with the password change or need technical support for your district-issued Chromebook.

  • 10th Grade Chromebook trade-in sessions can be found here. Please sign-up for a summer session so that we can get you the new device with no disruption to the school year.

  • Students new to the district may also use this signup, found here, for a session to receive their Chromebook. Please indicate in the comments that you are new and tell us your grade.

  • Chromebook Insurance is $10 per year and administered yearly. We will accept insurance payment in the Chrome Centers or online through EFUNDS up until September 27. If the machine is damaged before insurance is paid you will be charged for the repairs.

  • Food Service information including Free and Reduced Lunch applications and online lunch payments can be found on the Exeter website under the administration tab or by visiting https://www.schoolcafe.com/.

  • Student Accident Insurance is available for purchase through AG Administrators, the company that provides Exeter's sports team coverage. The cost of the program is $90.00 for the 24-Hour Accident Protection Plan or $22.50 if you prefer only School-Time Protection. To participate in the program, complete an application for the student and send it along with a check or money order payable to United State Fire Insurance Company at the address listed on the brochure. If you have any questions regarding the policy or its interpretation, please contact Rhonda Mayer at (610) 603-7477.

Please read the brochure thoroughly. The low cost of this insurance protection requires that the benefits are limited in many cases, and act as a supplement to any other insurance carried.

  • The first student day is Monday, August 26th.
