    This one-hour block of time is designed for teachers to work independently, in grade level teams, and/or content area teams to start or continue work on their “Week at a Glance” Folder in Schoology for the first week of school.

    This one-hour block of time is designed for teachers to work independently, in grade level teams, and/or content area teams to start or continue work on their “Week at a Glance” Folder in Schoology for the first week of school.

     

    K-6 Specialists

    12:30-2:00pm...Materials Organization/Distribution for Specials

    This time is set aside for K-6 specialists to organize materials they would like distributed and to develop a tentative plan for distribution.

    2:00-3:00pm...Layout of “Week at a Glance” for Week of August 31

    This one-hour block of time is designed for teachers to work independently, in grade level teams, and/or content area teams to start or continue work on their “Week at a Glance” Folder in Schoology for the first week of school.

     

    Grades 7-12 (Regular Ed & Special Ed)

    12:30-2:00pm...Content-Specific Digital Resources to Support Virtual Instruction

    This time is set aside for the content area administrator to collaborate with the department chairs under their virtual supervision to facilitate a presentation and discussion with department colleagues on digital content resources that are meaningful to use.  If that discussion and presentation does not need 90 minutes, remaining time is added to your “Layout of “Week at a Glance” planning.  Please note that Jason Deane is still over all specials 7-12 for Quarter 1.  However, for the purpose of this discussion, we divided up specials between Jason, Tom Campbell, and Eric Flamm because there are so many specials with diverse content areas.
