I began teaching middle school-aged students in 2012, and sixth grade is my favorite!
    Educational Background:
Masters degree in Special Education - Cabrini University
Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education - West Chester University
Certifications: K-6, PK-8 Special Education, Wilson Reading Program, 7-9: Science, Social Studies, Math, English
    A few things about me:
    • I'm local to the area, and my husband and I live in Daniel Boone School District.  I grew up in Elverson, Chester County.
    • Organization, color-coding things, to-do lists, and calendars keep me absolutely sane!
    • I am obsessed with National Parks, and my goal is to get to all 62 in the United States!  So far, I've been to 26 of them.
    • Whenever I travel, my goal is to catch a beautiful sunrise and find a comfy spot to read my Kindle.
    • I'm in love with my 2 cats, who think they are still baby kittens/dogs.  The one cat will actually play fetch, and the other one will come when you call him!

    Contact Information:
Please - contact me with any questions or concerns!  Email is the best way of contacting me during the school day.  I have a 24-hour email response policy, with the exception of weekends, which is up to 48 hours.  I check email at home, and will respond to any Schoology message/email a student will send me, but I try not to spend too much time on email at home.  Classroom phones do not ring before 3:15, so if it is something extremely urgent, please contact the front office.
