Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year! This is my fifth year teaching learning support math at Exeter Junior High. I have been teaching for 14 years with the majority of my experience as a learning support math and language arts teacher. I graduated from Saint Joseph's University with a dual certification in elementary and special education. I earned my middle school math and English certifications upon graduation. I also earned my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Joseph's University. I currently teach learning support math and math strategies.
Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family. We like to attend sporting events, community events and we love to go out to dinner and a movie. This summer I tried to pack in tons of fun with my husband three kids. We started with a trip to Great Wolfe Lodge which was a first for us and we had a really good time. We also visited Myrtle Beach, Pittsburgh, Washington DC and Avalon. My son and daughter particpated in his first summer reading challenge through the Spring Township Library, which we really enjoyed doing as a family. The many rainy days took us to places around the county such as The Works, Extreme Air, Chuck E Cheese and the YMCA.
I'll miss summer but I am ready to get back to school and meet all of you! Please visit my Schoology page for daily agendas and assignments as well as vocabulary support and copies of math Review & Preview pages.
