Students should wear sneakers for both health and physial education as they will have physical activity as part of their interactive health lessons.
I am an Exeter Alumni attending both Lausch and Jacksonwald Elementary Schools.
I enjoy all sports, and my favorite sport is rugby! I also enjoy weight lifting, yoga, running, hip hop dance class, and walks with my family for exercise. I have a 9 year old son and a 6 year old daughter. We enjoy spending time outdoors camping, fishing, and at the beach!
I graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education (K-12) and a minor in Health Sciences. I served as the Historian for the honors fraternity, Phi Epsilon Kappa. In college I received the Nelson M. Stratton Scholarship for dedication to the community, academics, and athletics. I was also named Most Scholarly Athlete my junior year.
In December 2010, I graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University with my Masters in Health Education.
I was a member of the rugby team for four years and captain my junior and senior years. Our team became the third team in the nation to gain varsity sanction. Three out of my four years we traveled for national playoffs and my senior year we placed tenth in the nation!
