A Little Bit About Me:
I have lived in Berks C, Pennsylvania since 2001 . I am a graduate of Conestoga High School in Chester County, where I was very active in sports. I loved to run and was a member of the track and swim team. I attended the University of Miami and am a member of Delta Gamma sorority. I earned my Masters in 1990 and was eager to get into the classroom. My studies have been a wonderful addition to my education and have provided me with many resources to use in my classroom.
I began teaching in the Exeter Township School District in 2005. I taught Learning Support Math at the Junior High for eight years. After that I had the pleasure of teaching at the Elementary level for 4 exciting years. In 2018 I was asked to teach in the Autistic Support classroom at Exeter High School. I am so very proud to be part of the staff at Exeter High School. I love teaching in the Exeter Township School District the staff is amazing and supportive. Every day is a new challenge and I love what I do.
When I am not at School:
I live in the Oley Valley with my husband Randolph. We love living in an area with beautiful farms and that country feel. We have two teenagers who keep us on our toes and moving all the time. Our oldest is our son, Benno, is 16 years old and is a bright and funny young man. He is an amazing artist and loves growing plants in his greenhouse. Benno competes on the Oley Valley Envirothon Team and with the Olley Valley FFA on the state team. He will be in 11th grade this year. Our daughter, Anna, is 14 years old and starting at the Oley Valley High School this year. She is such an amazing young lady. She enjoys riding horses, swimming and all things Anime. She is learning Spanish as well as Japanese in her spare time. We know how truly blessed we are and wouldn't trade a minute of our lives for anything in the world. Our family loves to visit Chincoteague Island yearly to see the horses, ride our bikes and spend time at the beach.
