Hi my name is Heather Kirlin and I will be teaching Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 school year. I am a graduate of Governor Mifflin High School and received my Bachlelor's degree in Elementary Education from Messiah College. I started teaching at LaSalle Academy right out of collegeteaching first, second, third and sixth grade. I took a break to stay home and raise my two sons. 

I came back to teaching about six years ago here in Exeter where I was a reading aide at Lorane. During that time I would work with K-4 students. I was blessed this year to have the opportunity to work with Kindergarten this whole year, first with our Kindergarten reading academy, then teaching virtually. I am so glad to be able to finish this year as an in person teacher.

My husband and I live in the Exeter district where our oldest son Ross graduated in 2019 and our youngest Luke is now a sophmore. As a family we love to go biking and we are always walking our two dogs. In the quiet times you can find me curled up on our porch with a good book.
