A bit about Mrs. Mills...
Welcome to a new year at Exeter Township High School! I am looking forward to my eleventh year here and getting to know each of my students as the year progresses. I am a 2001 graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School where I enjoyed my positions as editor-in-chief of the school paper and captain of the color guard. After high school, I joined the US Army Reserve as a Civil Affairs Specialist training at Ft. Jackson, SC and Ft. Bragg, NC. While serving as a reservist, I attended West Chester University where I received a BSED in English. In addition to academics, I was a member of the speech & debate team, a sister of Delta Phi Epsilon sorority, and a color guard instructor at West Chester East High School. I have continued teaching color guard here at Exeter and also added coaching to the mix! For several years, I coached the jumpers of the Varsity Track & Field team, but now my time is spent conditioning the ladies of the JV & Varsity Field Hockey Team. I have a K-12 Master's Degree in the field of Reading and am continuing my graduate studies in the field of Curriculum & Instruction. In my free time, I enjoy exercising, reading, baking, watching my husband coach baseball games, and playing with my dog, Maddux.
