Web Headers
In Web Design, you have an average of 3 seconds to grab someone's attention or they will navigate away from your page and on to someone else's. The Web Header (the image at the top of a web page) should be an attention grabber, forcing viewers to explore your web page further. As a class, we create a list of 5 companies and 5 names. Individually, students are designing appropriate headers by combining those names and companies creatively to make 5 imaginary companies. Here are some examples of what students have come up with.
