The board functions utilizing eight committees. The committees are as follows: Business Functions - Mr. Staub chairperson and member Jim Brady; Personnel - Dr. Bender chairperson and members Mr. Brady, Mrs. O'Brien-Pieja, and Dr. Muzevich; Student Functions - Mrs. Kutscher chairperson and member Mr. Diesinger; Technology - Mr. Yawger chairperson and members Mrs. O'Brien-Pieja and Dr. Bender; Athletic - Mr. Staub chairperson and members Mr. Brady, Bonnie L.Lutz, and Kenneth A. Smith; Curriculum - Mr. Diesinger chairperson and members Mrs. Kutscher, and Dr. Muzevich; Growth and Development - Mr. Staub chairperson and members Dr. Bender, Mr. Brady, and Mr. Yawger; Audit - Mr. Staub chairperson and members Mr. Yawger, Mr. Barry Ewald, Mr. Daniel Fanelli, and Mr. Todd Tomczyk; Facilities - Mr. Brady chairperson and members Dr. Bender, Mr. Staub, and Mr. Yawger.

The public is welcome to attend board meetings which begin at 7 p.m. and are held in the district administration building (former Lausch Elementary School). The first Tuesdays of the month are committee meetings except June, July, August and December, the second Tuesdays are workshop sessions except July, and the third Tuesdays are voting meetings.
