This is the District Chorus Audition form that must be filled out and returned before Oct.3rd.   You must sing the entire song with the accompaniment before I will sign the paperwork allowing you to attend the auditions held Oct. 17th at Parkland SHS.  You can find additional information along with the accompaniment track at www.berksmusic.com and clicking the District 10 link.

This is the form we use when listening to each student sing various passages in their choral music.  It halps to give the student specific areas in which to work on vocal technique.
