Welcome to 3-J's website! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. In the photo above are my son, Ross, my daughter , Samantha, and my husband, Sam.
I graduated from Millersville University with a degree in Elementary Education/Early Childhood. I earned my Master's degree from Penn State in Curriculum & Instruction. When first coming to Exeter I began facilitating parenting classes, and substituting among the three elementary buildings. It was invaluable experience. I knew Exeter School District was where I wanted to be. I did get the opportunity to assist working with children who needed reading support, and finally secured a long term teaching position in first grade at Lausch. The following year a third grade teaching position became available, and I was fortunate enough to get the job! A few years later I moved to a third grade classroom that became available at Jacksonwald. All of my experiences at Exeter have been positive ones. Teaching third graders and working with the staff at Jacksonwald is the "icing on the cake!"
